Cs Source Problem

When i play CS Source with Bots, the gameplay lags a lot.......
I have a Geforce 5500X 256mb graphics card , 1.4Ghz processor, 512mb ram......and the min requirements for the game, is way less than the cobfiguration i have...any help please???

When i install the new drivers , it says "game will restart to take new settings" , but it doesnt do so!!!!!! HELP ME PLEASE
