ctrl alt del/ task manager not working help!!!

i got a virus and removed it with norton anti virus(or at least thaught i did) but now my computer has not windows help featurs and i cant use my task manager unless i go in safe mode and i wasnt able to perform a system restore. any good tips on removing this virus ????

Then post a fresh HJT log, only after doing the above.
