my ctrl alt del isnt workin and have tried using the shortcut in Run.. but it says that it is being used by another program while im not running anything else. Help PLZ

The main cause of that problem is spyware.

You can try hitting CTRL, SHIFT, ESC at the same time to see if that key combination works.
