Are there any specifications for getting a video card with GDDR3? If your ram is normal DDR can you get a video card thats DDR2 Or GDDR3?

No correlation whatsoever.

The only part that matters for graphics cards is, what type of slot does your motherboard have? AGP or pciExress?

Another biggy that many people overlook is, will your older PSU be able to handle your new monster graphics card? But a system with DDR ram has no conflict running a graphics card with DDR3 etc.

Good luck!

i think it might be 350 psu i only have 300 its not really specified but hey i think 300 watts can take 350 watts if its a good PSU. And I plan to upgrade my PSU shrotly after i get my graphics card if it doesn't work out.
