Hey fellow techies!

So here's the lo down: I "downlaoded" (cough cough) Borland C++ Builder 6 and it turns out to be a MS-DOS file. Under "Properties" it says the file size is zero kB. When I try to delete this program, it waits a few moments then comes up with an error saying "Warning. Cannot delete this program. It is being used by another person or program. But it isn't. And TrendMicro PC-cillin detects no virus. Can someone explain this?

PS i got this thing onto my computer from Internet, don't need it anymore, and got it like 1/2 a year ago (just 2 lazy to pot till now come to think of it it just didn't come to my mind 'till now!)

Cold boot in Safe Mode, then try again to remove it. Usually works, using add and remove software.
You will also benefit from running CCleaner... or in some cases, RegClean, or TweakUI... all free.
