I have a Dell Dimension 3100 that I received from a company that folded as part of my severance. I did not get a restore disk and the drive has been formatted so the utility partition is gone. I am trying to install windows xp on a seagate 160gb sata hdd. I go through the dell screen and setup to boot to the cd and it starts to install, but when it is time for the reboot and just keeps coming back to the dell screen. Can anyone please help me.
