i HAVE A DELL MOTHERBOARD PIII SOCKET 370
PUT INTO CASE WITH A GOOD POWER SUPPLY
INSERTED RAM
HOOKED UP HD,CD, AND THE FLOPPY DRIVES
ON BOARD VIDEO
NOW AT THE BOOT i GET THREE BEEPS IN A ROW AND NOTHING ELSE!!

What do you mean by "good power supply"? unless it is a dell power supply or one for a dell from PC Power&Cooling your not going to get that board to boot. those older dell motherboard use proprietary connections for the power supply. using a standard power supply will result in either no boot or frying the motherboard.

beeps indicate a BIOS problem in hardware.

check your manual or go to the maker's website to figure out beep codes.

Also do not use all caps. It is considered "shouting."
