Dell reset service tag

Hi
How do I reset the service tag on my Dell inspiron 6400 after replacing the mother board?
Any help on how to do this would be much appreciated.

I think it is in the bios, and may even be read-only in the bios. If you have replaced the motherboard with a non-Dell motherboard you are out of luck.
