DirectDrawn not instalizing

I use to play diabloII on this same computer a few months ago and it worked fine, now when I try to play I cannot. It says Error 22: DirectDraw has failed to instalize. I am not sure wut to do. I ran dxdiag and under Display tab then Device it says N/A for most of the items. I don't know if I have a video card or what because since it worked last time I thought it was fine. I have directX 9.0c. I am not sure wuts going on if anyone can help me, please please do thank you so much.
