UPDATE: DirectX 9.0A and Finding the "perfect" CPU
Wasn't DirectX9 just released? Oh well, here comes an update, it's in this awful web update version though...

Thomas here editing this story now, this link contains the DirectX 9 Redistributable (Though this doesn't contain DirectX 9.0a runtime yet) should you wish to install on multiple PCs.
UPDATE: Seems MS has decided to pull DX9.0A... Though it will probably soon be available again...
