Laptop Dell Latitude C800 Intel Pentium 3, 1000Mhz 128 MB (PC100 SDRAM) nVIDIA GeForce2 Go Video Adaptor Operating System: Windows 2000 Service Pack 4 Hello. Hope someone can help me. I’m not sure if I need to use the drivers for my graphics card or if I need to find drivers for the video controller. I have a problem with the display on my Dell Latitude C800. In Device Manager I have a yellow exclamation mark against Video Controller (VGA Compatible). When I right-click and select properties, in the Device Status box it says This device is not configured correctly and I have the option to reinstall the driver. I’m guided through the Device Driver Wizard and I choose to search for a suitable driver for my device (recommended) When I click next, I specify a location which is where the driver is located but Windows says it was unable to locate a driver for this device. But I know it’s there. The problem with the display, by the way, is that I only have 16 colours. I’ve Googled Video Controller (VGA Compatible) but there are thousands of websites and when I tried the same with GeForce2 Go, I get nothing. Hope someone can help.
