Hi, I'm running Windows XP Home - SP2 and I just recently noticed that when I open the Display Properties Window, my tabs are not appearing (Background, Screensaver, Appearence, etc.) Can anyone help me with this? My HJT Log is located Here Thanks!

check

Navigate to

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System

If there is a DWoRD Value such "NoDispScrSavPage" with a data value of 1 this will disable the screen saver tab. Change the value to 0 or delete it to
see the tab again.
olso uninstall the display adapter and reinstall it
check if youre signed in as an administrator on xp

They are missing and I'm running XP with an Intel Chipset. I don't think it has anything to do with my graphics. I believe it could be the result of a registry or file change; quite possibly the result of a virus which has been removed.
