Display shift (with pic)

Screen never fills monitor.

The auto button on the monitor sorts it, but only until the next reboot or res change (games etc)

The display shift menu in the monitor moves it a lot but not all the way, and again only then until the next reboot

I used to be able to solve it wth dispay shift feature in the Nvidia toolbar (part of the display driver). Cant find this feature in the nvidia toolbar anymore.

Monitor is a generic piece of crap

Im sure Im missing something obvious, just dont know what.

Help please!

Do you happen to use a KVM switch or some adapter type of things?

Maybe play around with screen refresh rate?
