Dissapearing SATA drive

I've got a 250gig Seagate drive that continues to just go away on it's own. After boot it's around for a short period...especially when I access it. SeaTools gives the drive a "pass" for that hardware being good. Does anyone think it could be that my PSU is not strong enough? I'm leaning toward that rather than hardware issues. Any advice would be great...

Your PSU, loose/bad power or data cable could be culprits. Try changing both.

Yeah, it was my PSU that was so weak...
