Dr. Watson intermittant error

  1. I have a new install of XP Pro SP-2 with all the latest win updates installed.

Maybe once every couple of days i get a dr watson error while surfing the net.

I've run HJT and attached a log. I dont remember having this when i had IE6 installed, i think it has something to do with IE7.

Can anybody help me resolve this minor issue, otherwise i think i'll disable dr watson

PS Just to add that i ran trend housecall & came back OK

    Use Firefox instead of IE.
If you don`t get any doc watson errors with that, then it`s IE.

    Hello and welcome to Techspot.

    Your HJT log is clean.

Can you tell us exactly what the Dr.Watson error is?

I have moved this thread to our Windows OS forum.

Poviding, you`re having no other problems, disabling Dr Watson may be a good idea.

Let me know how it goes.

    Regards Howard :)
