drag &drop music data error message

hello out there,
i;, only a 3 year computer user self taught and my ex taught mre some.

before he left he installed drag&drop on my desk top.
untill this sat iId never used it,
i copied 2 cd's and when i wenr to do third an error message cam up
after converted /copied on the screen ,at first i thought it was cd's
then i realised it must be drag & drop itsself.
So is drag and drop come with my laptop or did he download it ?
I have a 17 inch Toshiba laptop satellite i'll have to look up model in computer info.
please help as my extended warrenty went out last july,
Oh by the way as my last warrenty service ,the cd drive was completly replaced as was keyboard and usb ports and fans.

When you refer to "Drag and Drop" is this some kind of program,?

Explain better.Drag and drop comes with Windows and burner software
like Nero.
If you mean to burn disks ?
If so you don't need 3rd party confussion.

I think your running into the wonderful world of DRM. The program won't let you make more than 2 backup copies of music files in accordance with Digital Rights Management policies. Life sucks that way doesn't it.
