Drive image

I have been using drive image for a couple years. Works great. Got a new computer with a sata hd and the program does not reconise the hd only the ext. usb hd. I downloaded a 49 meg update and it makes no diference. All teck support goes directly to the buy norton ghost page. Anyone had this problem or know how to fix it.

Go to www.acronis.com and check out Acronis True Image.
You can d/l a trial version, see if that supports SATA.
Drive Image used to be a great product until Symantec got their dirty mitts on it. They sort of merged it with Norton Ghost and definitely bored a good product into the ground.
