Driver irql not less or equal

My computer keeps getting blue screen stop messages randomly when I'm on the internet. At the top it says driver irql not less or equal. Then it says afd.sys... and Stop: 0x000000D1 (0x00000020, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0xF67EB73A)
I have included some minidump files.
I'm not all that computer savvy, but would really appreciate some help.

You may have two problems.

Suggestions:
1. Uninstall Norton AV (it's old). You should only have one AV program anyway. Stick with Kaspersky.
2. Update netrcacm.sys, which is a RCA USB Digital Cable Modem Driver. It's also old.

Probably caused by : SYMTDI.SYS ( SYMTDI+1940a )
