dual GB lan setup help!

So I've bought two 50 ft cat6 cords for my computer. I have them plugged up and says both are connected.

The sent packet amount on the 2nd cord is extremely slow. The 1st cord seems fine. I read that you can get both lines to work together for some kind of uber connection. Can anyone help me with this please?
