Dum question about micro atx

ECS K8M800-M2 Motherboard good?

ok 1st this also comes with a athlon 64 3000+ cpu i wanted to know if its a good and will do well with an 6800gt video card because all cards have differences with video cards also will this micro atx fit in a normal large atx case? answers will be nice.

I've heard ecs boards aren't the greatest, but I guess it'll work. A 3000+ is pretty fast, but it probably is a newcastle, which is older. I think it'd be ok with a 6800gt. A Matx will fit in an atx case, but not vice versa.
