EEEEK!!!! Cant HANDLE BSOD ANDMORE....Minidump attached.

Hello all. I am loosing it here. I am getting random reboots every 24 hours or so for the past few months. My sysem is...

Prime stable for 20 hours
Passes Memtest 20 times
Virus and Spyware Free
so wonderful and I miss its stability.

did you read my sticky?
i posted a website that will help you figure out what's causing your stop error.
my sticky is titled "a guide to stop error messages".

check it out. it might help you fix it.

Either you need to updat your driver or your NIC card has gone bad.
