Okay be very plain with me - my emachines 270 desktop (quite a few years old) firstly keyboard and mouse froze so i did turn it off from the wall. When I came to turn it back on it powers up on the screen with emachines nice and big - but the orange light that is always flashing whilst everything is loading on my tower is not flashing and I cannot get past the emachines screen. The nice bright green light around the on/off button is working and the internet still works on my laptop.
Please tell me there is a simple solution. Emachines live chat could not help me cause my machine was bought in England.
