Emergency BSOD error

I have been getting this error, like 3-4 times when i usually start my computer.

Can anyone plz explain me wht this means...

usally refers to corrupted memory.

Run memtest 86+ from a real floppy drive or bootable CD rom for at least 7 passes.

zip up your last 3 to 4 minidumps and add them as an attachment.
