Emergency!!!! I delete the wrong file!!

I delete the wrong file which content my birthday pics!! Guys help me, is there a
softwear can find them back? Hurry!!

This is what I`d do,but wait to see if there are any other suggestions before doing anything -

1.Put the computer into standby,and don`t use it at all.

2.Download THIS on another computer.

3.Put a USB drive into this computer,run the setup file,and install it onto the USB drive.
Practise using the program on this same computer.Will save wasted operations on your other computer.

4.Put the drive into your first computer,and run the program from the drive.

5.Look for the "Filter" tab and set a date filter,and temp file filter.

6.Don`t run any other programs during the whole process.

7.Save any files you recover directly onto the USB drive not back onto your hard drive.

You will have to change the default directory that the program uses.
