I am running Vista Ultimate(as I shouldnt be), and it is really taxing on even simple online flash games. I have turned off some services(someone gave me a safe list of which ones i could), and that seemed to help a tad, but was hoping that ending a lot of unneeded processes could help a lot too. Could someone tell me which ones are safe to end or give me a link to somewhere which does?(i've included screenshots of my running processes). If someone could help or give me some info, it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks so much.
