EnumCachedPasswords could not be located in MPR.dll

Started getting this message after installing Corel 7. How can I fix it and still keep Corel installed?

Ran regsvr32 ***.dll in run and got the following message.

"Loadlibrary (***.dll) failed - Specified module could not be found"
