Envision OSD Lock

hello, i have a Envision 17'' LCD monitor En 7100e. when its off and turned on for about 15 mins it seems the colors heat up and then it starts flickering every couple of seconds. i think i need to get inthe OSD menu settings to change somethings but i cant. when ihit the menu button on top it says "OSD LOCKED" on the screen and i am not sure on how to reset the OSD config. if anyone could please help me out on this i would appreciate it, ive read the manuel for this model screen and it does not tell you how to reset the OSD

is it still covered by the warranty? can you still return it? i would first try to get ahold of their tech support if this function perplexes you.
