Hi i have just had problems with my computer over the new year with the file hal.dll (The file is corrupt or missing please replace it) and found the correct way to fix it on the internet but had already tried replacing it with one on the windows disk which was wrong but it fixed my computer but has possibly ruined something critical but only my video card driver is not working? Anyway it is now running on vgasave and is saying my video card has no free resources and am wondering how fix this problem and switch back to my proper video card so i can play my games
Just to say it is an Intel 82945G Express Chipset Family and before i replaced the hal.dll file it was working fine with my games
