This is my first post. Here is what I have out of the Event Viewer. We were having and issue with Windows Vista on this Dell Inspiron 1501. I started with a completely fresh hard drive and a new install. To my surprise, it has started again. I believe it is a hardware issue. Here is my Event Viewer log file for the time that it happened. Any help is appreciated:

Hi,

Post three of four minidumps,as attachments.

They`re in C:\\Windows\Minidump\*

The numbers you posted, don`t help too much

Hello,

Thanks for the fast reply. As soon as I get a hold of that laptop (it's not mine) I'll get those .dmp files and post them. Thanks again!

System Error on boot Up

My system (which is running on XP), occasionally coughs up the message below when I boot it up in the morning, not every single day but often enough to worry me consdierably.

Warning, the system has recovered from a serious error.

BCCode : 1000007e BCP1 : C0000005 BCP2 : 804EACE2 BCP3 : F79D7B68

BCP4 : F79D7864 OSVer : 5_1_2600 SP : 2_0 Product : 256_1

What is causing this and what can I do about it?
