  1. Built a PC running XP Pro and the only program I am running on it is a Dialer Program and it continues to keep shutting down and giving me the following error message, I have checked the 2Gb DDR2 memory, its fine, and have not tweeked or overclocked the processor! Any Ideas???? Maybe the BIOS is not compatible with the processor?? I am not a real technical computer guy so forgive me if this is a stupid question but any help would be appreciated.

A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.

If this is the first time you’ve seen this stop error screen, restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow these steps:

Check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed. If this is a new installation, ask your hardware or software manufacturer for any windows updates you might need.

If problems continue, disable or remove any newly installed hardware or software. Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing. If you need to use safe mode to remove or disable components, restart your computer, press F8 to select Advanced Startup Options, and them select safe mode.

The program is running 4 (Zoom 3025 Modem V.92 PCI) Voice Modems, maybe these could be an issue???

Winachcf.sys is a modem driver. It's old, see if you can update it.
