Error

Well It seems most of my downloads have this problem, and i just got a scanner and i was installin the diffrent components, and for 3 of the things i got this error. is there anything i can do?

An Installation Support File cound not be installed

its possible that your installation disc is defective. you could always go to here and get the drivers you need for your scanner, i do.
