eVGA 7900GT Worth the Wait?

Im building a new system and I am ready to order... but every eVGA or XFX 7900GT is out of stock... and I noticed that they have the highest clock and memory speeds. Now, the GIGABYTE version of the 7900GT is still there but I dont want to but it if theres going to be a difference between the cards... so is there going to be a good difference between these cards? I mean, I know that the 7900 of any manufactuer has to be better then any 7800GT out there... so is the eVGA version worth waiting for?

Check it out, 7600GT's speeds are almost the same as the 7900GT:

Weird, it's actually listed higher than the 7900GT :haha: 100 bucks less though Good luck! Of course I can be wrong about the whole thing because maybe you don't use newegg.com. In that case, if you don't wanna wait, get an XFX or BFG brand (my opinion)

the 7900 has 24 pixel piplines compared to the 7600's 12..huge difference..in overall performance mem/core clock isnt all that matters
