Anyone know anything about tyhis download Good bad? also
deleting exe bad files on task manager is there an easy and quick way?

I use CCleaner it says it works on 2003 as well

Startup Control Panel should remove some of those exe's in Task Manager, that start with Windows 2003

You can go to Start>>>Run....then type in msfonfig

Once in there have a look at the boot.ini tab and remove some programs that you don't want to start.
