Have a seanix running windows 98 SE. Some how it is freezing something terrible. When i hit Ctrl-Alt-Delete it says explorer not responding. Have tried inserting back up floppy & 98 cd, cannot get it to download. Ran Norton,no virus,don't know what to do.Please Help,Thank you!!!
