Finally got the final piece of the puzzle in my little home studio, and ESI QuataFire 610 External soundcard (that sounds -awesome- btw
).
The soundcard can only be connected through FireWire which is np on my main comp, but my old HP Pavilion DV5011ea has just USB and ExpressCard 34/54 on it. Seen some cheap PCMCIA to FireWire adapters, but the same solution in ExpressCard format is -much- more expensive.
Any idea what would be the best (and least expensive ofc) solution to this if there's any?
