I am trying to restore my computer to normal after trying to install a 9600se graphics card. I am running windows xp home, sp2. My computer is a T2482 E machine with an amd athlon XP 2400+ processor.
This is what happened. My computer was running fine until I tried to install the graphics card. I downloaded the catalyst driver and software. Then I powered down and insert the 9600se into its respective slot on the mb. Upon powering up my screen was blank. So I turned off the computer removed the 9600se from the mb and returned power to the computer. At which point everything was bigger and my screen was smaller. I have tried removing the catalyst driver and software but there is no listing of it in my add and remove hardware section. I also used my restore cd, but no help.
