I would be thankful if any one clear my problem. My problem is this.
I installed windows xp/sp2 for the first time in my pc and registered sundaramurthy as administrator. During this period I encrypted a folder and its sub contents. After a problem in IE I reinstalled XP/sp2 and registered as administrator sundaramoorthy. First of all I cleared the access denied problem for the folder using MSN database, but till now I cannot access the files in that folder. If I click properties> Detail> the user name list has sundaramurthy and when i try to add the present administrator, it says that error adding user 5. Please any one help me.
