File shows in Recently Changed, but does not actually exist

I HATE WINDOWS!!!!!!!!!! all versions are terrible, but vista has to be the worst!!!

anyway. i know the deal with the recently changed list (if you delete from the list you delete the actual file...). I use limewire to download questionable material and then when finished I delete using Limewire's file manager versus windows explorer. Then I check the folder that the files were downloaded to make sure all have been deleted. as an extra precaution, i go to the recently changed list to make sure everything is gone. now there is a file that shows up there, but when I try to delete it, it says the file no longer exists. the properties say that it is in the folder that files get downloaded into from limewire. THE FILE DEFINATELY DOES NOT EXIST. I HAVE EVEN DELETED THE FOLDER THAT SAYS IT EXISTS.

please help me before my wife or kids find this....!!!

Right click on the file and choose properties. Under properties copy the Location of the file (Should begin with 'C:...' or similar) then paste that location here for us to take a look at.
