First comp I built; any goodd?

OK, I got parts and used the manual as well as some help from my uncle to build this comp:

MGE XG Sidewinder Case
D915PCYL Motherboard
Intel Pentium 4 540 3.2 Ghz Processor
512 DDR2 RAM
120 GB Hard Drive
ATI Radeon X700
Onboard Audio
Onboard LAN

Opinions? Is it any good?

Funny - I was thinking the video and amount off RAM were the only weak points. Should run pretty well though!

ah ok tnx. I'm using it now and so far i like it. Any downloads I can get to improve the speed? I can't overclock cuz its a intel motherboard
