Floppy ID Address problem

I tried accessing a floppy on a Windows XP Pro PC but keep getting the message "No ID Address mark was found on the floppy disk".

I've tried a different floppy and was able to access it.

Anybody?

Since it was only the one floppy disk, it`s probably just bad.
