Foobar2000 .php support?

I'm trying to stream a radio station directly into foobar2000. I can do it with .pls stations, but the most popular one in my hometown is apparantly at

http://www.z100portland.com/cc-common/streaming_new/genasx.php

When I put that in foobar, all I get is codec errors. Any ideas? Is it even possible?
