Force to Delete

Hi,
Is there a way that I can force to delete a file through MS-DOS, since when I press del and it say "Disk is full, access is denied"?

Can someone find a solution to this? I heard this from PC Magazine.com so I tried it through command dos, but it doesn't work to me.

Download the Pocket Killbox programme from HERE. That should get rid of the file you want to delete.
