Freeze on boot on info page..

Hey everyone... I was booting up my computer, and everything went fine, it saw my CPU's, my memory, my Primary master, and Primary slave...

Then, it went into another page, showing like, all this info on the computer specs, and it also said PCI Device Listing.... then a bunch of info on the PCI cards.

After that , on the same page, it said Update ESCD successfully..

It goes nowhere now. I have tried rebooting several times. Taking things apart, putting them all back in, etc. And it still is stuck.

Either you have changed some hardware, or something is breaking.
In most BIOSes you can set a switch to refresh/delete the ESCD info.
Clearing that ESCD might get you further.
Make sure you know what changes you made in the BIOS (if any), to set them back after reboot. Unless of course you made a duff change...
In that case, reset your BIOS to default or optimal values.
