Friends problem with game

My mate has got a Acer Aspire 5610Z laptop. When he tries to play medal of honour allied assault, he gets the message GLW_startopenGL() - coul not load openGL subsytem. whats the problem?

What kind of graphics solution is installed? It sounds like either the hardware or driver does not support the game.
