game advisor help

hello im new to techspot ,and its gr8

anyway i tried to download the windows game advisor but when it tries to scan my system, it says my browser has blocked the download and i need to click on the yellow bar that appears, now my problem is that the yellow bar never appears , ive tried turning off my firewall but nothing happens, and im using a laptop

the game advisor always works on my desktop and the yellow bar always appears on my desktop ,

can some1 plz help me out here?
