Game Browser Question

All of my games appear in my game browser when I install them except for Call of Duty 4. Does anybody know how I can resolve this?

You appear to be referring to windows Vista, I presume?

If so then I think you have to manually add the game to your list of games installed on the PC

What do you mean they appear in your browser when you install them?

When you run the installer or when you play the game after it's been installed?

Yes, I mean Vista, sorry if I didn't specify that, but for all my other games, they appeared in the game browser after I installed them except for Call of Duty. I'll try manually adding it though.
