Has anyone come up against a dialler called GBdialler?
It puts an icon on the desktop (porn of course) and puts a GBDialler connection in DUN. If I delete both of them as soon as I go on the net, after about 5 mins or more it is back and boots me off the net and tries to dialup itself, its premium rate of course.
I have run Ad-aware and Spybot which did not get rid of the problem, has anyone any ideas?
The pc is running Windows ME.

Hello Hodsocks.

I think you need to go HERE and read RBS`s post.

Once you have done that post a Hijackthis log. You will find instructions for this HERE

I strongly urge you to follow Howard's advise.
If you have broadband, remove the modem from your PC.
If you can't do that, or you have one of these dialup ADSL-modems, then call BT and have them block any premium rate phone-numbers until further notice.
That particular dialler will cost you £1.50 per minute!
