Geforce 4 problems??

I have the GeForce 4. I just got it back from the shop, they replaced my motherboard and the heat sink fan on the video card. When i put the video card in, the monitor doesnt turn on, but the computer still loads. Now i dont know if i need to install some drivers or something, please help me out.
