Geforce 7600 pcie 256 mb ddr2

Just got this card today , e bay,
after a hell of a lot of reading reviews on entry level shader 3 cards
installed it, downloaded newest drivers in advance from nivida.
windows vista, 32bitt.
1 gigg ram
pent 4 , 3.2 ghz cpu
problem is I get a green hue on desktop , and video, games.
is this a faulty card?tried diff drivers, removed, getting sick now.

I'd send it back or something if you can and get a refund. Forgive me if that's not possible. I dunno the policies that ebay has. I've never used it. If I were you, I'd stick to buying off of a computer parts website like newegg.com. They're far more reliable, and you'll only get a card that's faulty because of manufacturing error rather than one that someone broke. Newegg offers some fantastic prices too. So..yeah...send it back and get a new one.
