GeForce MX 4000 plus not found

Hi
I have a GeForce MX 4000 plus, and installed the card in my puter and my puter says hardware not found. Do I need to change some setting in my bios? If so How do I do this?

can u calrify have u connected the moniter if so are u running winxp then it will install the drivers by itself just uninstall those drivers and install nvidia drivers.
